Alpha Krav Maga
Krav Maga, the oldest Mixed Martial Art presently in use. Originally developed for the IDF in 1948, Krav Maga is a hard-hitting compilation of advanced conflict resolution methods and several fighting technologies including Western-style Boxing, Thai Boxing, Grappling and Wrestling. Emphasis is placed on the use of small arms including rifles, pistols, edged weapons, sticks and batons, both offensively and defensively.
While other Krav Maga systems are very technique-focused, Alpha Krav Maga International’s System combines up-to-date, devastatingly-effective self-defense techniques currently used by the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) and proven to be effective on people of all shapes and sizes, irrespective of age, gender, fitness level or combat experience.

Boot Camp is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) program that lasts six weeks and designed for men and women of all ages and athletic abilities. Boot Camp can promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort under the guidance of our One World Fitness Instructors.
Sessions will include short distance running, full body movements, kettlebell training, core stability, speed and agility drills, and interval training.
Your Boot Camp experience starts with a Meet and Greet with your Boot Camp Coaches. This will followed by a discussion of your strength conditioning, nutrition and weight loss goals. New Boot Campers will be be shown the essential movements involved in the classes. Seasoned Boot Campers will work on skills refreshers. Afterward, you will hit your first Boot Camp Session lead by our professional and experienced Coaches.
All Boot Campers can elect to weigh-in for a pre-session and post-session weight loss comparison, and take before and after photos. Weigh-in and photos are completely optional.
Boot Camp Class Sessions are 6 weeks long with set a Start Date and End Date. Please note that these sessions are not on a rolling 6 week basis.
If you sign up late for a Class Session then your training period is that much shorter. Example, if you sign up 1 week late, then your Class Session is 5 weeks long. So, sign up early and reserve your spot!

Self-Defense and Fitness
One World Kids Fitness and Conditioning Program emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. It is meant to be fun for kids of all age groups. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, One World Kids Fitness and Conditioning Program emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids! Our Program is meant to be BIG for all ages.
Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for your child. Our One World Muay Thai (Basics) and Krav Maga Kids Self-Defense Program will train your child to be self-defense confident and fit!
Kids Krav Maga Self-Defense classes are held every Monday and Wednesday and Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Kids Muay Thai (Basics) Class is held Tuesdays 4:15pm-5:15pm. One World Kids Fitness classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm. Yoga classes are every Sunday 10:30am-11:30am.

Olympic Weight Lifting is one of the foundation movements in CrossFit, and we will be offering two classes per week to fine tune your technique in both the snatch and clean and jerk. This will be a one-hour session where we will focus on either just the snatch or the clean and jerk and break down these movements into its specific parts to fine tune and reinforce the fundamentals of proper movement.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get some constructive criticism on your technique and build your strength to start setting some PRs!
Classes are Tuesdays from 7:30pm-9pm, Saturday from 10:30am-12:30am and Sundays from 9am-10:30am.
Tuesday and Sunday classes are limited to 8 athletes. Saturday class is limited to 20 athletes.
Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting is FREE for current One World members.

If you’re looking to help your child succeed in their sport, our Saturday Youth Weightlifting class is the perfect way to set them up for success under the guidance of Olympic Weightlifting Coach Yatsek.
Your child will experience a session of learning how to move properly with more power in the Olympic weightlifting movements. These classes provide a great translation to utilizing power and body awareness that compliment their other sports activities such as football, volleyball, cheer leading and baseball.
Coach Yatsek has mentored world class weightlifting athletes.

Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting
Weightlifting is the ultimate sport of strength and power and should not be confused with powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general weight training.
Olympic Weightlifting consists of two events; the snatch and the clean-and-jerk. Both are overhead lifts and involve a full body range of motion. Speed is what sets Olympic Weightlifting apart from powerlifting.
Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Olympic Weightlifting classes are Tuesdays from 7:30pm-9pm, Saturday from 10:30am-12:30am and Sundays from 9am-10:30am. Tuesday and Sunday classes are limited to 8 athletes. Saturday class is limited to 20 athletes.
Powerlifting class every Thursday 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Core Kickboxing with master trainer Alex Dilone. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays with a 50 minute calorie burning session: 8:45am to 9:45am.
Unlike traditional cardio kickboxing classes where people burn calories by punching and kicking in the air without any strength and stability work, Core kickboxing incorporates proper stretching methods, important core strengthening holds, compound workouts and a selected arrangement of strikes and defensive applications.
We will practice some of the basic Krav Maga defensive and offensive moves and cover a wide range of functional full-body exercises. Core Kickboxing will also include the use of kettlebells, medicine balls and elastic bands.

If you’re looking to increase your strength, conditioning, body composition and overall health, look no further!
The cardio boxing class with Coach Donato are from 630am-0730am every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
The classes are 1 hour long and you’re guaranteed to leave drenched in sweat! If you own a pair of boxing/ bag gloves, please bring them with you. Wraps are optional but recommended. Please arrive early to allow time to wrap.

Eskrima, aslo known as Arnis and Kali, is the national sport and martial art of the Philippines. The three are roughly interchangeable umbrella terms for the traditional martial arts of the Philippines that emphasize weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives, bladed weapons and various improvised weapons. Eskrima also includes hand-to-hand combat, joint locks, grappling and weapon disarming techniques.
Monthly Membership $75. The drop-in fee for guest is $15.00.

Gymnastics and Yoga
Gymnastics are exercises developing or displaying physical strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The older we get, the more we need to work on these skills. Gymnastics classes are every Monday from 11:00am-Noon.
Yoga is designed to strengthen and add flexibility to the body and mind through the practice of Yoga. Yoga classes are every Sunday from 10:30am-11:30am and Tuesday and Thursday 8:15pm-9:15pm.
Both the Gymnastics and Yoga programs are part of your One World membership (Bootcamp, Crossfit, Krav Maga) at no additional cost. Non-Member Drop-in fee $15 per class.

Do you have setup fees or contracts?
We do not have a setup fee for Alpha Krav Maga.
If you are new to Crossfit, we require you to attend the 10- one hour Private Sessions so you can learn the fundamental movements before you can safely participate in a class. Follow this link to for further information on our Crossfit Private Sessions.

Membership Hold Policy
- Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 3 days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date.
- All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of three months per year.
- Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
- If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
Late Payment/Declined Credit Card Fees: Late payment/declined credit card fee of $35 will be charged on any payment past due.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Month to Month Membership:
- Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Once cancelled, members forfeit their current monthly rates as rates are subject to change.
6 Month Membership:
- 6 month memberships can be put on hold for a maximum of 1 month during a 6 month period.
- 6 month memberships are non-refundable.
All Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation requests received after the billing period will not be refunded.
